Keto Churro Pork Rinds
2 cups plain pork rinds
1 tbsp Kerrygold
1tbsp caramel syrup (ChocZero)
1tbsp smooth peanut butter (Laura scudder)
1tbsp chocolate syrup (ChocZero)
Microwave butter for 30 seconds, stir well, add 1tbsp caramel syrup, microwave for 30 seconds, remove from microwave add cinnamon, stir well, place pork rinds in ziplock bag, add warm sauce into ziplock, toss pork rinds around until fully coated. Remove from bag and sprinkle with more cinnamon and drizzle with peanut butter and chocolate syrup.
