2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1tsp cinnamon powder
4tbsp splenda naturals
1tsp vanilla exact
2 tsp banana extract
1 tbsp room temp coconut oil
2tbsp room temp butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
(Save a few walnuts to top the muffins)
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients together.
Combine all wet ingredients together.
Mix wet/dry ingredients together well.
Place 12 liners in muffin pan, add mixture evenly into muffin tins. Place in oven and cook for 15-20min or until toothpick comes out clean, tops should be golden brown. Cool down 5 mins & enjoy.
