Tuna Patties



5-  5 oz cans albacore tuna 

4 medium tomatoes 

1 bunch cilantro 

1 small white onion 

3 oz queso fresco 

2 eggs  

1/2 tsp Pink salt 

1/4 tsp Black pepper 

1/4 tsp garlic powder 



Drain tuna well.

Chop onion, tomatoes and cilantro. 

Mix all ingredients together. 

Form into patties. 

Sauté in skillet-

Add 2 tbsp avocado oil to a warm non stick skillet, slowly place patties into pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side of until golden brown.
